visible wear room wear
the room was clean and tidy. the kitchenette was equipped adequately.
rooms need a freshening. i noted wear and tear throughout the room i occupied.

basic stay with a notable issue
the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room smelled of sewage. It was really off-putting and difficult to ignore, ruining the experience, also, there was only one bed instead of the two i booked.

front room useful kitchenette adequate shower
the room at the front of the pub included a kitchenette. it also featured a microwave, fridge, and wash basin. i found the en-suite shower and toilet adequate.
the staircase had carpeting and was quite dirty.
